FAQ

  • How to deal with shock absorber oil leakage?

Minor oil leakage can be left untreated for the time being, but severe oil leakage requires replacement of the shock absorber. Check whether the oil seal is damaged. If the nut is loose, tighten it. If the seal fails, replace it with a new one.
  • What is the cause of abnormal noise in the shock absorber?

It may be caused by oil leakage, wear of the rubber bushing or aging of the plane bearing. Check for oil leakage, replace aging parts or relubricate, and ensure that the mounting bolts are tightened.
  • What should I do if the vehicle is still bumpy after installation?

Recheck the installation position and fixing bolts to confirm that the shock absorber specifications match the vehicle model. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to replace new parts with qualified performance.
